They offered pricing straight away, and although they were 10% more expensive than the market they offered an unbeatable SLA including 1hr hardware replacement <24hr build time to live and truely unrivlaed support. Also, their customer support is great. I had to reboot the server once, and apparently it had gone into an fsck but the console wasn't working, so I had no idea what was up. Before I could even file a ticket I had a call from them on my mobile phone here in Prague letting me know their monitors had picked up that the server was offline. Pretty cool. If we get a second server I might consider going with a completely different hoting company, maybe fastservers.net. Would be nice to compare, and also to have secondary services at a completely separate host is probably good thing. Interesting, I got a pretty fast response from theplanet.
